This project was huge!

PY1 was an innovative pyramid-shaped venue presenting unique entertainment experiences. Imagined by Guy Laliberté, this creative lab blends technology, innovation, and imagination to explore the future of entertainment.

Last year, Montreal hosted an insanely cool, completely out-of-the-ordinary multimedia experience. The PY1 pyramid in the Old Port was the home to an immersive show: Through the Echoes, and themed dance parties, every Friday and Saturday throughout the summer.

Global NTT was in charge of the production of some shows and more:

• Responsible for the production of PY1 Pyramid project (artistic content, construction, and infrastructure)

• Creation and management of budget (40 million dollars)

• Performed all contract negotiation (design and artistic team, technicians, major partners, and suppliers)

• Implementation of accounting and reporting systems alongside the finance department

• Performed analytical studies in business development specific to the potential

• licensing of Pyramid structures to worldwide markets.

• Performed marketing and PR strategies alongside marketing director

• Responsible for implementation of PY1 sales & ticketing systems

• Responsible for political lobbying in securing a location for Pyramid installation & location in Old Montreal.

• Responsible for the negotiation of a lease with the Federal Government.

• Responsible for the management of a team of 60 staff
